Well, as the title suggests, I’ve finally got myself a shiney new hotness. It’s a 1985 Yamaha SRX-600.It’s a 600cc air cooled single (4 stroke). nice and light so it’s easy to throw around corners, but it’s still got heaps of torque! nice and retro (even to the point of being kick start only!).

If you’re in the market for a bike, I’d strongly recommend checking out Import Motorcycle Centre, at Moss st Slacks Creek. That’s where I got this bike from, and they’ve been really helpful. Cam, one of the workshop guys is especially helpful.
